Initially only the ten highest prior probabilities are shown. When you specify an add-on, the inference system derives the posterior probabilities based on the new evidence. The more add-ons you add, the more the final probabilities will deviate from the original, prior ones.
Keep in mind that this is just a proof of concept performed on a small set of Telemetry's data (1 day, release 29).
